Seniors’ Week - Let’s celebrate!
Seniors’ Week 2020 runs June 1 to 7. Strathcona County and the community will celebrate seniors in new and safe ways throughout this special week.

Strathcona County offering virtual counselling
Family and Community Services (FCS) is now offering virtual counselling in its efforts to help residents feel safe, supported and connected. At this time, residents are invited to phone FCS to access supports, including phone or virtual counselling.

Strathcona County launches Adopt a Storm Drain program
Strathcona County is launching a new program called Adopt a Storm Drain. Through the program residents are encouraged to adopt a storm drain in their neighbourhood and help keep it clean and clear of debris.

Select outdoor amenities re-opening, including playgrounds and skateboard park
Strathcona County continues to ensure its COVID-19 response and relaunch plan aligns with the Government of Alberta’s relaunch strategy, while ensuring the health and safety of our community, including County staff, remains a top priority.
