To qualify, residents must: 

• Be 65 years of older 

• Be experiencing health-related difficulties 

• Have no one else in your household able to assist 

• Meet household income criteria: 
  -Single person: $63,668 or less
  -Two-person: $72,499 or less
  -Three-person: $80,404 or less
  -Four-person: $88,308 or less

A Home Safety Assessment will be completed prior to intake into the program. Homes posing safety or health concerns will not be eligible until resolved.

Fees range from $8 to $30 per hour and vary based on household size and income.
