Finding the right support services for you

Solution Navigators provide free support to individuals and families through life’s challenges. Navigators work with you to identify your goals and strengths, create an action plan, build skills and help you access community resources.

Family & Community Services is open to support you with staff on site and services available over the phone:

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

  • Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 

  • Closed daily for lunch: 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Seniors join other seniors for cheerful conversations while having a coffee or tea. Accessible location.

Drop In. No registration required.
