Drop-in fitness classes
Find below the schedule of in-person fitness classes, dry land or aquatic programs designed for seniors. Classes take place at Glen Allan Recreation Complex, Kinsmen Leisure Centre, Emerald Hills and Millennium Place.
Join us on Tuesdays at Millennium Place and Thursdays at Glen Allan Recreation Complex from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. for a variety of activities! From pickleball to circuits, the 55+ Zone is a great place to stay active while connecting with new and old friends.

Our senior-specific community calendar showcases activities and social events throughout the year that can be enjoyed by those at any mobility level.
Seniors' Dance and Social
Socialize or just enjoy the live music at the Sherwood Park Log Cabin! Pre-register online or pay cash at the door - the cost is $12. Partners and singles welcome.

Register for programs
We offer a selection of senior-specific recreation and culture programs that are designed for individuals between the ages of 50-99 (or older!). Our senior programs focus on low-impact activities and health-based/preventative fitness options.
