In-person, low intensity fitness

In accordance with Step 2 in the province's guidelines, low intensity in-person group fitness programs are now permitted. Please note that participants must wear a mask for the duration of the program and maintain a physical distance of 3 metres (10 feet) from others at all times.

New guidelines in place

All programs have been created to meet Alberta Health Services guidelines to help stop the spread of COVID-19 in our community. Please note that masks or face coverings are required in all indoor Strathcona County facilities and must be worn during your fitness class.

Participants will be asked a series of COVID-19 pre-screening questions upon arrival and are asked to maintain a physical distance of 3 metres (10 feet) from individuals outside of their household at all times. Stay home if you are sick or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.
