Service Management Framework

Strathcona County’s Service Management Framework (4.3 MB) consists of 13 programs and 61 services that describe what Administration delivers to the County in support of the 2023-2026 Strategic Plan.

Our 13 Programs are broad in scope and include a collection of the 61 services that are more detailed and respond to customer’s needs. There are many interdependencies between programs, services, and the Strategic Plan’s goals they support. Service management is not an organizational structure such as individual departments, but a representation of the outcomes delivered to customers through different groups working together.
