• Monday, August 3, 2026 - Transit service is on the Saturday service schedule:
  On-demand local transit service, and hourly Route 411 service into Edmonton. On-demand local trips can be booked up to 30-minutes prior to your desired trip time using the app or by calling 780-464-7433 and pressing 5.

• Heritage Festival Shuttle service to Hawrelak Park available August 1 - 3 from Bethel Transit Terminal.
  Saturday, August 1 - starting at 11:30 a.m.
  Sunday, August 2 - starting at 9:30 a.m.
  Monday, August 3 - starting at 9:30 a.m.

Finding support over the holiday

Family and Community Services' office and County phone lines will be closed on Monday, August 3.

• For information and referrals to community, social, health and related government services in Alberta, call 2-1-1

Policing and enforcement

All front counter services, including criminal record checks and fingerprinting, will be closed on Monday, August 3.

To report a crime or bylaw complaint, please call the RCMP and Enforcement Services 24-hour complaint line at 780-467-7741. In an emergency, dial 9-1-1. These services will remain available.
