The Strathcona Public Services Yard (SPSY) is a hub for departments that manage and maintain County infrastructure, materials, equipment and vehicles.
The facility includes staff from Fleet and Facility Management, Transit, Transportation Engineering and Operations, and Utilities.

Monday to Friday
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (closed from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.)
Closed on statutory holidays

Utility (waste and water) accounts
Utility bill payments
Kitchen catchers for organics waste

Visitor parking
Visitor parking is located across from the main entrance to SPSY.
There are two designated accessible parking stalls.
