Agenda packages, minutes and webcasts
New provincial mandatory measures require masks and six feet of physical distancing province-wide, in all indoor public spaces and workplaces, including council meeting attendees in Council Chambers.
Members of the public may view meetings of Council and Priorities Committee through the webcast which is available on the County website. Should you have questions about viewing meetings or accessing any related meeting materials, please contact Legislative Officer at LegislativeOfficer@strathcona.ca or at 780-464-8014.
Meeting start times:
Council meetings open session (open to the public) begins at 2 p.m.
Priorities Committee meetings are usually held completely in open session and start at 9 a.m.
Any exceptions regarding time and closed items will be detailed on the agenda. The public is welcome to attend any open session portion of a Council meeting or Priorities Committee meetings.

When is the content posted?
Agenda packages are added to the website the Wednesday prior to each meeting, usually by 4:30 p.m.
Minutes are posted to the website once they are approved by Council.
When a Council or Priorities Committee meeting is in session, the live webcast is available to watch. Archived webcasts are usually posted within three workings days following the meeting.
There may occasionally be a delay in posting agenda packages, minutes and webcasts as a result of technical problems; if this occurs, we will make every effort to post the materials as soon as possible.
