Your input matters! Public Satisfaction Survey now open

Strathcona County’s annual Public Satisfaction Survey is now live and ready for the much-valued input of residents. You can have your say about the County’s programs, services and value for tax dollars at strathcona.ca/PSS

The survey’s results show how residents assess quality of life in the County and can help inform Council and administration’s future decision making.

“This is more than a survey. It is an opportunity for Council to understand how we are serving our residents, and what residents see is working well or needs attention,” notes Mayor Rod Frank.

“Our goal is to make Strathcona County one of Canada’s most livable communities and understanding people’s perception and needs is key to achieving that. I encourage every eligible member of our community to have their say in the survey.”

Survey topics range from transit, sewage and bylaw services—to cultural opportunities, road maintenance and the success of the County’s public communication.

Alongside the online survey, Strathcona County is working with an independent contractor to conduct a telephone survey for additional input. Residents will be randomly selected to participate, and participation is voluntary.

The online survey is open from January 20 to February 14, 2025. Residents can complete the survey and learn more about it on the County’s engagement platform, County Voice, at strathcona.ca/PSS

This year’s survey results will be shared online shortly after the survey closes. Last year’s survey results can also be found on the County’s website.
