“I’m proud of how the County continues to excel in providing exemplary programming and services to our community, even in the midst of economic uncertainty,” says Mayor Rod Frank. “This service level with fiscal responsibility is a testament to Council’s approach to sustainable planning, delivered by top-tier staff who are clearly invested in the success of people living, working and playing in Strathcona County. Citizen satisfaction is one of three key indicators for municipal services, so these results are extremely important and meaningful.”

According to the annual survey:

  • 85% of residents are satisfied with County infrastructure (marking a 5% increase over last year)
