Strathcona County Public Satisfaction Survey now open

Strathcona County’s residents are invited to share their thoughts and opinions about County programs, services, quality of life and value for tax dollars.

“Our Public Satisfaction Survey provides valuable feedback that helps Council understand what’s working well and what can be improved,” says Mayor Rod Frank.

The results of the Public Satisfaction Survey help the County evaluate its services and plan for the best use of the County’s resources. Topics range from transit, sewage and bylaw services to cultural opportunities, road maintenance and the County’s public communication.

“The opinions of residents are very important. They inform Council’s decision-making and influence outcomes that best meet the needs of our citizens. I encourage every eligible community member to complete the survey.”

In addition to the online survey, the County has contracted Advanis, an independent public opinion research company, to conduct the survey via telephone on behalf of Strathcona County. Residents will be randomly selected to participate, and participation is voluntary.

The survey is open from January 11 to February 14, 2024. Residents can complete the survey and learn more about it on County Voice, the County’s public engagement site, at strathcona.ca/PSS.

Survey results will be published on County Voice. By following the survey and joining County Voice, residents will receive an update when the results are available publicly. To join County Voice, visit strathcona.ca/CountyVoice.
