As part of its commitment to fast, efficient emergency response, Strathcona County emergency responders are educating residents and businesses on how to prevent false fire alarms. If necessary, fees may be charged for repeat false alarm calls.

Calling all side-kicks and superheroes!

Like superheroes, adult mentors are dedicated, generous and committed to making a difference in the lives of their mini sidekicks. Any student from Kindergarten to Grade 12 is invited to nominate their favourite adult superhero who lives or works in Strathcona County for a High Five Award.
