Strathcona County helping voters know where to go on election day My County My Vote wording on ballot held by person being put into ballot box

Strathcona County is committed to providing residents with the information they need to know to vote in the 2025 municipal election.

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, residents may not receive voter information cards in the mail, as they have for previous municipal elections. To get immediate information on where to vote, the County encourages voters to visit strathcona.ca/election to use the Where to Vote online tool or call the election office during business hours (8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4:30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays) at 780-400-3800. On election day, voters can call the election office starting at 8 a.m. until the polls close. Voter information cards are not required to vote, so voter eligibility will not be impacted.

“We want voters to know they can still get the information they need to exercise their democratic right to cast their ballots,” said Jacqueline Roblin, Election Officer for Strathcona County. “We encourage everyone to look up their voting station online and help their friends, family and neighbours do the same.”

The County is using digital and print ads, social media and digital signage to help inform voters where and when to vote during the advance vote period and on election day.
