Strathcona County launches 2025 Public Satisfaction Survey

Strathcona County is inviting residents to share their thoughts and experiences through the launch of the 2025 Public Satisfaction Survey.

Conducted annually, the Public Satisfaction Survey provides residents with an opportunity to give feedback on their quality of life in Strathcona County and their satisfaction with County programs, services, and infrastructure. The survey helps the County understand what is working well, where improvements are needed, and how residents feel about progress on the County’s Strategic Plan and service delivery standards.

“The Public Satisfaction Survey is an important way for residents to have their voices heard,” said Mayor Rod Frank. “The feedback we receive helps inform Council decision making and supports responsible planning so we can continue delivering services that reflect the needs and priorities of our community. Citizen Satisfaction is one of the key metrics on which we evaluate our organization.”

The survey asks questions about a wide range of topics, including overall quality of life, safety, and satisfaction with County services. Results from the survey are reviewed by Council and administration and are used to evaluate service levels, guide future planning, and inform decisions about resource allocation and community priorities.

The 2025 survey will be conducted through a combination of telephone interviews, administered by an independent market research firm, and an online survey available through County Voice, Strathcona County’s online public engagement platform. The online survey is open from January 19 to February 20, 2026 at strathcona.ca/pss

Survey results will be shared online after the survey closes.
