Industrial Supply Chain Forum to connect small business and regional industry

Businesses in the region are invited to attend an Industrial Supply Chain Forum on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at the Agora, Strathcona County Community Centre in Sherwood Park. The forum will connect attendees with many of the region’s major industrial companies.

It can be challenging for businesses to connect with and find opportunities to supply products and services to major industry.  This is an exceptional region for petrochemical and energy investment, with opportunity for many businesses to support the supply chain.

Contractors, tradespeople, food service, hoteliers, and other small and medium businesses will be able to learn about company processes, from proposals to purchasing. Attendees will be able to speak directly with representatives from companies including Dow, Imperial, Inter Pipeline, Keyera, Pembina, Shell, Sherritt, Wolf Midstream and more.

The forum is being held jointly by the City of Fort Saskatchewan, Sturgeon County, and Strathcona County, with support from the Sherwood Park & District Chamber of Commerce.
