- Victim Services
Work in conjunction with the RCMP to provide immediate assistance, support, information and agency referral to victims of crime and trauma in Strathcona County and provide support to victims through the criminal justice system
- Small Jobs, Big Hearts
Volunteer to help eligible residents with small jobs, tasks or errands.
- Boards and committees
Serving on one of Strathcona County’s Boards and Committees is a great way to share your skills, experience and ideas. You have the opportunity to participate in decisions that affect our community.
- Snow Busters
Be matched with a senior to assist with snow shoveling. Volunteer for the season, or help out on occasion.
- Celebration of Lights
Show your holiday spirit and be a part of Santa’s helpers at Strathcona County’s Celebration of Lights Festival.

- Adopt a Park – Ongoing
Volunteer for Adopt-a park and help keep the parks in your area looking great.
- Communities in Bloom – Ongoing
Strathcona in Bloom is looking for people who want to volunteer to be on the Board, plant flowers, design flower beds and learn and have fun doing it!
- Lawn Busters
Be matched with a senior to assist with lawn mowing. Volunteer for the season, or help out on occasion.
- Spray decks – July/August
All spray decks (except Clover Bar and RE/MAX Spray Park) are turned on by volunteers when the weather is above 20°C. Volunteers sign up for a minimum of one week but scheduling is flexible.
