Department mission
Business Innovation and Communications is a department created to provide focused support for critical corporate services that meet the needs of business across the organization in delivering excellent services.
Key focus areas:
- stewardship, ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of Oracle Cloud, and associated business processes
- new in-house change management services
- providing communications, marketing and public engagement advice and services for all County departments.
The team will be working toward positive results, working with other department partners, to bridge gaps in service and help to bring business together.​
