Across the Board is a free workshop series that supports non-profits in Strathcona County to build strong, effective boards. This series is a collaboration with The Edmonton Chamber of Voluntary Organizations (ECVO). 

Across the Board workshops are built to be attended by multiple board members from an organization. This unique structure ensures board members leave with tips and tools for success.

Improve how your board functions through this free, engaging and insightful workshop designed to strengthen your board's governance practices and build connections with other board members who are asking similar questions.

Alberta Board Member Essentials

Designed to support the growth of new and experienced board members, the Alberta Board Member Essentials (ABME) program is a multi-part training program that combines online learning with live workshops to equip board members with the tools to successfully serve on a non-profit board.
