I am concerned about someone I know
The impacts of family violence can ripple throughout families, friends and communities. By knowing the signs of unhealthy relationships and speaking up when we see harmful behaviours, we can all take a stand against family violence and be a lifeline to those affected by it.

How you can help
Talking to a friend or family member if you’re concerned about their safety can be a vital step in supporting and empowering them to seek support. Even if they are not ready to talk, having a conversation opens the door.Â
Talking to friends and family about their harmful behaviour is just as important as those experiencing the harmful behaviour. If you see harmful behaviour from a friend of family member, you can speak up.
When supporting others experiencing family violence, remember that your safety and well-being is important too. Family violence affects us all and FCS is here to support you.
