An image of wristbands held up like a fan. Remember to wear your wristband as proof of payment

We are fans of wristbands!

Whether you are paying for drop-in admission or scanning your Active Pass, it’s important to wear a wristband as proof of payment. Wearing a wristband is a quick signal to staff that you’ve paid for your admission.

Wristband benefits

Avoid activity interruptions

Wearing a wristband is a quick signal to staff that you have paid your admission. If you are using a paid space, and you do not have a wristband on, staff will ask you to go get one.

Wristband tips

Wear your wristband every visit

Even if you regularly visit and some staff may recognize you, but not all will, especially new team members. Even if staff are familiar with you, they won't know you have paid for your admission unless proof of payment is displayed.

Wristbands will be put on by staff when you pay or your admission or scan your Active Pass. This helps ensure wristbands are not shared with someone else.

We ask that wristbands are attached to something so staff know it is valid and not from a previous visit.

Don't want to wear the wristband around your wrist?

No problem! You can also wear your wristband around a

  • hat

  • necklace

  • watch strap

  • shirt strap

  • belt loop

  • shoelace

  • water bottle

Note: wristbands may not be attached to bags.
