Park 'N Ride wristbands are still available for pick-up at Millennium Place and Ardrossan Recreation Complex.
Reminder: There is a maximum of six (6) wristbands per pick-up.
Attendees MUST have a valid parking pass or a valid Park 'N Ride shuttle bus wristband in order to attend. Passes and wristbands can be picked up at Millennium Place and Ardrossan Recreation Complex starting Tuesday, November 26.
No drive-ups permitted.
The CPKC Holiday Train will be bringing holiday cheer to Josephburg this December with musical performances by Magic! and Sofia Camara in support of the Strathcona Food Bank.Â

To ensure a safe event for attendees and Josephburg residents, access to the event will only be granted to guests who have a valid parking pass or have taken the FREE Park 'N Ride shuttle (wristband required). Advance wristband and parking pass pick-up is required to access the event.  Â
There will be two Park 'N Ride locations:
FREE wristbands and shuttle schedules can be picked up from Millennium Place and Ardrossan Recreation Complex starting November 26, 2024. Attendees will not be granted access to the Park 'N Ride shuttles without a valid wristband. Wristband pick-ups are limited, with a maximum of six per person. Each wristband will be labeled with the shuttle location for pick-up and drop-off. Attendees can only board the buses at the site labeled on their wristband.
Shuttle bus access will begin at 3 p.m. at both locations.The first buses will leave at 3:15 p.m. and the last buses will leave at 4:15 p.m. All attendees must be parked and on a shuttle by 4 p.m. To ensure all attendees arrive on time for the performance, late arrivals will not be permitted to board.Â
Bus safety requirements:
Limited parking spaces are available. To ensure guest and resident safety, FREE parking passes can be picked up from Millennium Place and Ardrossan Recreation Complex starting November 26, 2024. Passes are limited, with a maximum of one per person.
Parking is permitted in the designated parking area only, located on the north side of Township Road 550 east of Hwy 830. Attendees must present their parking pass to County staff at all road closures and parking lot access points.
The designated parking lot will open to attendees at 3:30 p.m. Parking pass holders are recommended to arrive no later than 4:30 p.m. as high traffic volumes may result in a late arrival to the performance site. Â
Limited accessible parking will be available at the Moyer Recreation Complex for attendees with valid accessible placards and a valid event parking pass.Â
Carpooling is encouraged where possible to assist with parking lot capacities. Â
No drive-ups permitted. Attendees will not be granted access to park on-site or to view the event without a valid parking pass. Duplicated or counterfeit passes will not be accepted. Â

Residents of Josephburg town proper were contacted directly the week of December 2 with further instructions about parking and road closures.
Non-perishable food donations will be accepted on-site in the Moyer Recreation Centre and at the Park 'N Ride shuttle sites. Monetary donations can be made at strathconafoodbank.ca.
