Department mission
Business Innovation and Communications is a department created to provide focused support for critical corporate services that meet the needs of business across the organization in delivering excellent services.
Key focus areas:
- Provide communications, marketing, print and mail and public engagement advice and services across the County departments.
- Stewardship, ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of associated business processes and Oracle Cloud.
- Change management consultation and guidance.
The team will be working toward positive results, working with other department partners, to bridge gaps in service and help to bring business together.​
