To qualify, residents must: 

• Be 65 years of older 

• Be experiencing health-related difficulties 

• Have no one else in your household able to assist 

• Meet household income criteria: 

  • Single person: $62,177 or less 

  • Two-person: $70,801 or less 

  • Three-person: $79,520 or less

  • Four-person: $86,239 or less 

Fees range from $8 to $30 per hour and vary based on household size and income.
