Using the property tax calculator

The calculator can provide an estimate of your: 

  • 2025 property taxes based on estimated 2025 tax rates. 
  • Tax increases after completing a project or adding something new to your property.

To estimate Residential taxes from your Property Assessment Notice:

  • Select Property Type 'Residential' from the dropdown.
  • Enter the Taxable Residential and Farmland property from the Assessed Value column on your Assessment Notice.
  • Click on the 'Calculate' button to generate the results.

To estimate Non-Residential taxes from your Property Assessment Notice:

  • Select Property Type 'Non-Residential' from the dropdown.
  • Enter the Taxable Non-Residential property from the Assessed Value column on your Assessment Notice.
  • Click on the 'Calculate' button to generate the results.
