Eligibility to vote

You are eligible to vote if you are:

• at least 18 years of age,
• a Canadian citizen, and
• a resident of Strathcona County on election day.

Register to vote

Voters must register to vote for a municipal election.

Two options are available for voter registration.

1. Register through the Elections Alberta voterlink site before July 15 of a municipal election year.
2. Register at the voting station by presenting valid ID and completing the Form 13 Elector register.
