Election signage refers to all signs used for an election, by-election, referendum or plebiscite.
Only one payable fee is required for each candidate within an election or by-election or for signs for the same position on a referendum or plebiscite.
Signs may not be erected more than 30 days in advance of a municipal or provincial election or to the voting of a referendum or plebiscite and no more than 36 days prior to a federal election.
