12.15  R4 – Medium Density Residential

Purpose

12.15(1)

To provide for medium density residential development, primarily as low-rise apartment dwellings.

Subject to any fundamental use criteria for certain uses set out below, the permitted uses and the discretionary uses for this zone are listed in Table 12.15(A).
