The Emergency Advisory Committee (EAC) is established by the Emergency Management Bylaw (Bylaw 17-2018) (227.2 KB) . The EAC includes all members of Council and is responsible for reviewing the Municipal Emergency Plan (MEP) and related programs on an annual basis. The Committee may also provide advice to Council on the development and status of the MEP and any related plans or programs.Â
