The 2026 Fees, Rates and Charges for licences, permits, approvals and municipal utility services (Bylaw 43‑2025 Schedule A) were approved by Council on December 16, 2025. These fees, rates and charges took effect January 1, 2026. For changes that do not take effect until March 2026, please refer to the 2025 Fees, Rates and Charges (Bylaw 38‑2024 Schedule A).
