Weekend itineraries: this weekend is more that just about dad
This weekend in Sherwood Park and Strathcona County

Join ARAS - Ardrossan Recreation & Agricultural Society as they host the 78th Parade and Picnic in Ardrossan on Saturday, June 14. The theme this year is “water” in honour of Alberta Open Farm Days theme of “water, the lifeblood of every farm”. ARAS encourages those in the community to get involved to ensure that community events such as these remain viable. Feel free to contact them at aras.volunteer@gmail.com or check the comment section for some other ways you can support.
It’s been over a month since Co Du Hue opened their Sherwood Park location (now 5 in the region), and they are so grateful for your support! Enjoy traditional Vietnamese cuisine options of over 135 dishes and they now have a new updated menu which has vegetarian options for you to try. Proudly family owned and operated!
New clothing store alert! The R.A.K Consignment Boutique is having its grand opening this evening, and you’re invited. Stop by Sherwood Park’s newest store to check out their latest arrivals and the curated clothing options they have – including extended sizes! Keep an eye on their website for when they’re accepting consigned goods. Pssssst… they’re going to be looking for a team member to join their crew, so it might be a good idea to stop by sooner rather than later. Join us in welcoming the R.A.K Boutique to Sherwood Park!
