Millennium Place offers several spaces that are available for public booking. These can be used to host large and small events in Sherwood Park, including birthday parties, ice and field rentals and large meeting rooms.

Powerade Arena

NHL size arena with 4 change rooms, one official's room, and an upper mezzanine spectator area with bleacher seating for 234.

Sherwood Park Chevrolet Arena

NHL size arena with 4 change rooms, one official's room, and an upper mezzanine spectator area with bleacher seating for 515.

Gymnasium

• Limited casual space is available to rent in a quarter and half the gym. With a casual booking, you will be given the exclusive use of the allotted gym space.
• A casual booking can be made a maximum of twice a month per person or organization.
• Time slots are available on a first come, first served basis.  
• Saturday and Sunday (quarter of the gym) 9 a.m. to 12 noon (55 minute time slots)
• Additional booking times (block or casual) are available weekdays and before 9 a.m. on weekends.

Field House

• Fields are 180ft x 80ft
• The Indoor turf is available for bookings between October and March. The fields are available for soccer, baseball, softball, slo-pitch and any other turf sport or activity. 
• From April to September the turf is removed and the fields are available to book for activities like lacrosse and roller hockey.

Activity Rooms 1, 2, 3

• Rented as 3 separate rooms or 1 larger space.
• Capacity: max 70 (theatre style), Divider removed: max 215 (theatre style)
• Theatre, boardroom, classroom, cafeteria, U-shape set ups available.
• Activity Room 1 has a sink, microwave and refrigerator, whiteboard wall
• Activity Room 2 has a sink, whiteboard wall
• Activity Room 3 has whiteboard wall
• Projector, laptop and portable screen available to rent

ArborCare Rooms 1, 2

• Rented as 2 separate rooms or 1 larger space.
• Capacity: max 39 (theatre style), Divider removed: max 70 (theatre style)
• Theatre, boardroom, classroom, cafeteria, U-shape set ups available.
• ArborCare 1 has a microwave and small refrigerator
• ArborCare 2 has a microwave, refrigerator and sink
• Projector, laptop and portable screen available to rent
