Community Centre - events and bookings
Limited operating hours - Community Centre and County Hall
As of March 20, all Strathcona County in-person services at the Community Centre are closed to the public. Phone and email support continue to be available.
Community Centre and County Hall public operating hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, closed on weekends and stat holidays.
All programs and events are cancelled. Some meeting rooms are open for public bookings. The Agora remains closed at this time.
The parkade is open 7 a.m. to end of the business day for Vicky’s restaurant.
Parking fees are temporarily waived for vehicles accessing Strathcona County parkades.

Integrated into one complex, the Community Centre and County Hall offer several multi-use spaces for business functions, and social and cultural activities.

Spaces available for rent
Whether you are holding a private meeting for 12 or a large gala for 500, the Community Centre / County Hall complex is a flexible and affordable solution.
Rates and room booking guidelines (1.1 MB)
A large, multi-purpose space, the Agora is a great meeting place for celebrations, events and conferences.
Max capacity: 500
A variety of meeting rooms are available. Rooms with adjoining walls can be reconfigured into one large space.
Max capacity : Ranges from 14 to 50 per room
More than a space for local municipal government, Council Chambers can also be a place to host meetings or events.
Max capacity: 150
Two spacious outdoor plazas adjacent to the Community Centre provide a great setting to host an outdoor event. Many of the meeting rooms access directly onto the plazas.
Access to audio-visual equipment, teleconference phones, whiteboards, flipcharts and furnishings are available at no extra charge.

Vicky's Bistro and Wine Bar has exclusive catering rights for events, meetings and conferences hosted in the Community Centre.

Public parking at the Community Centre / County Hall complex includes no-charge street and outdoor surface lot parking, and underground parking (first two hours no charge) at the Community Centre. View parking maps, rates and time limits.
