Development and building permits for new dwellings have moved to our online ePermits system. Applications can be made under the New low density residential option. Email submissions will no longer be accepted. Permit approvals for low density residential properties will be emailed. Builders are required to have printed copies of all permits at the building site. 

*Low density residential includes: single dwellings, semi-detached homes, multi-family dwellings and associated accessory structures.

As of November 3, road and transportation permits will also move online! This includes block party, noise, temporary roadway encroachment, property access approach and right-of-way construction activity permits.
