Built Green, R-2000 and LEED Rebate Program Strathcona County will issue rebates of Building Permit Fees to Builders who achieve Built Green, R-2000 or LEED Certification (or equivalent) and are registered in the program.
Builders are required to complete an application form and submit it along with proof of certification to Strathcona County, Planning & Development Services. All required permits and inspections must be completed as indicated in Permit Services Report (issued by Strathcona County) before a rebate is issued.
