Fill out the service request below to report a traffic signal issue. Please provide the date, time of day, direction of travel and specific location details.

If the nature of your issue is urgent after regular office hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), please call 780-417-7100 (24-hour).

If your issue is related to Traffic Enforcement, please call RCMP and Enforcement Services at 780-467-7741.
