Work on County-owned rights-of-way (roads) require a Right-of-Way Construction Activity Permit.

ROWCAP applications are new to ePermits. If you're having issues with the system, you can still apply by using the below form.

Important notes:

ROWCAP applications may be submitted 5 business days prior to the start date of the planned activity.
Applications may take up to 10 business days to process.
If you experience any issues with the application after clicking “Next”, please try scrolling up.
Double-check that your email address has been typed correctly in the form.
Please do not include any characters or symbols in your application file name, including #.
All incomplete applications will be cancelled.

Fees

The following fees are due for all ROWCAPs for third-party contractors:

$60.00 per ROWCAP application
$25.00 per ROWCAP extension

Fees are due once your application has been approved.
