• ROWCAP applications may be submitted 5 business days prior to the start date of the planned activity.  
• Applications may take up to 10 business days to process.  
• If you experience any issues with the application after clicking “Next”, please try scrolling up.
• Double-check that your email address has been typed correctly in the form.
• Please do not include any characters or symbols in your application file name, including #. 
• All incomplete applications will be cancelled.

Fees

The following fees are due for all ROWCAPs for third-party contractors: 

• $60.00 per ROWCAP application 
• $25.00 per ROWCAP extension 

Fees are due once your application has been approved.
