The Social Framework is a platform to unlock the ingenuity of the community.
Since 2017, Strathcona County’s Social Framework has served as our collective guide for social action. At that time, community leaders from across Strathcona County’s non-profit, private and public sectors came together to craft the Social Framework. They defined new ways of thinking and working together for collective impact.Â
This evaluation summarizes the Social Framework journey over its first four years, highlighting key patterns, principles and results:Â
Since 2021, Strathcona County’s shared social action has been guided by the Community Safety and Well-being (CSWB) strategy. The CSWB strategy recognizes and builds on the legacy of the Social Framework, moving our efforts forward to respond to emerging community needs.
