Strathcona County's new program registration system, Recreation Online, will replace Click-it in the new year.

What you can expect from Recreation Online:

  • A new, easy to use website
  • Usernames created with your email address
  • Passwords that can be changed and updated by you
  • Improved searching
  • A mobile friendly experience

How you can get ready:

  • Register for winter programs early to avoid any registration service interruptions. Program registration will be unavailable for a period of time in the new year. Winter program registration starts on Tuesday, November 26 for all winter programs except swimming and Tuesday, December 3 for winter swimming programs.
  • Check your email address in Click-it to ensure it is up-to-date. Recreation Online will use your email address as your new username.
  • Confirm if you have an active Click-it account. If you have taken a registered program or booked a facility since September 2018, your account information will automatically move to the new Recreation Online. Your account information will also be moved if you have a current Millennium Card or other type of admission pass. If you have an inactive account, you will need to create a new profile once Recreation Online is live.
  • Record or print any past registration information or receipts you might need, like swimming levels. Historical data from Click-it will not be easily accessible in the new year. Active accounts that are brought into Recreation Online will only have active registrations and passes showing, no historical data will be transferred over. Example: email receipts from Click-it account (385.9 KB)
  • Clear up any balances on your account. A balance includes either a credit or a balance owing. Call 780-467-2211 or visit one of our recreation facilities to clear up your account.

Recreation Online will also manage the sale of Strathcona County's recreation daily admissions, passes and facility rentals. This new software will be launched at our recreation centres in early 2020, before the Recreation Online website for program registration is made live to the public. Staff are working hard behind the scenes to help ensure the system is set up correctly and the transfer of information goes smoothly.

Recreation Online will be live and ready for online registration after the software has been launched in our recreation centres.

Recreation Online will launch to the public for online registration in the new year, after it has been launched in our facilities. Residents will be able to access the website to update or create new accounts, and register for programs. Expect to see information on how to reset your account password or how to set up a new account closer to the launch date.
