Filing Fee Refunds

Information regarding whether the Assessment Review Board Fee for Filing a Complaint is refundable can be found here.

The Subdivision and Development Appeal Board Fee for Filing an Appeal is non-refundable.  

The Bylaw Enforcement Order Review Committee Fee for Filing a Request for Review is refundable in the event that the whole of the Order is revoked by the Bylaw Enforcement Order Review Committee.

The General Appeals and Review Committee Fee for Filing an Appeal is non-refundable.
