Community hall reopening
Some community halls are opening, effective July 15. Please contact the specific community hall association operator for details and availability.
For safe use, these community operated venues are required to follow Alberta Health Services’ direction. Occupancy limits are reduced to meet physical distancing requirements.
The Good Hope Community Hall is operated by the Good Hope Community Club. The hall is located at 21076 Twp. Rd. 542, Fort Saskatchewan, AB.

Some of the hall amenities include:
- hardwood dance floor
- smoke free environment
- full kitchen with 2 stoves, 2 fridges, complete cooking and serving equipment

The building is 1,688 square feet. Seating capacity is 104.
Are you serving alcohol at this community hall for your function?
Functions with alcohol are required to purchase Host Liquor Liability insurance in the amount of $2 million. Renters are required to name both Good Hope Community Club and Strathcona County as Additional Named Insureds on their Certificate of Insurance.
Outdoor services include
- camping area, with permit, during booked functions
- ball diamonds
- barbecue (can bring your own)
- fire pit
Programs and special events
The Good Hope Community Club plans, administers and offers a number of community based programs and special events.
Events include: Pie Social and Auction (February), Community Pizza Day (April), Community family BBQ (June) and Christmas in the Heartland (December)

Monthly meetings occur on the first Tuesday of each month.
