SportZone is drop-in activity offered at Ardrossan Recreation Complex, Millennium Place and Glen Allan Recreation Complex where children, youth and families can move, play and burn off energy in a fun, welcoming environment.

Designed for active, unstructured play and exploration, SportZone activities may include blue blocks, mini-stick hockey, inflatables (socks required), sporting equipment and plasma cars. Each visit can look a little different depending on the facility and session – so there's always something new to try.

SportZone is designed for ages 3 and up. Children ages 3 to 6 must be supervised by a responsible individual who is at least 14 years old.

SportZone is included with regular facility admission and does not require an additional fee. It is typically offered during school break periods and is not available year-round. Schedules vary by facility and session.
