• Minutes are posted after they are approved by Council.

• Archived webcasts are usually posted three working days after the meeting.

Upcoming meetings

• Council and Priorities Committee meetings usually start at 9 a.m. Please check the meeting agenda as timing is subject to change.

• Portions of meetings may be dealt with in Closed Session as permitted under the Access to Information Act, and will not be open to the public.

• Members of the public are welcome to attend open sessions in person or by viewing the live webcast.
