Fire restriction in effect

Open burning is not allowed. All fire and fireworks permits are suspended until further notice as conditions have made it dangerous for open burning. Only recreational fires in approved containers or appliances are allowed. Visit strathcona.ca/fireban or call 780-400-2010 for more information.

Temporary Roadway Encroachment Permit

Activities that require equipment, bins, trucks or other materials to be left on the road or sidewalk require a Temporary Roadway Encroachment permit.

Examples include:

Landscaping materials such as piles of dirt, sod, or other materials
Food truck parking permission
