Bylaw Enforcement Order Review Committee
The Bylaw Enforcement Order Review Committee reviews Orders issued under Strathcona County Bylaws and the Municipal Government Act, but not Orders issued pursuant to Part 17 of the Municipal Government Act or the Strathcona County Land Use Bylaw. The Bylaw Enforcement Order Review Committee is established by Strathcona County Bylaw 46-2015 (146.4 KB) .

The Mayor is an ex-officio and non-voting member of the Bylaw Enforcement Order Review Committee pursuant to Strathcona County Bylaw 46-2015.
Meetings
Meetings of the Bylaw Enforcement Order Review Committee are held based on scheduled hearings. When a hearing is scheduled, the meeting at which the hearing will be heard is held commencing at 9:00 a.m. in Strathcona County County Chambers at 401 Festival Lane in Sherwood Park. There are currently no hearings scheduled to be heard by the Bylaw Enforcement Order Review Committee.
