Help us celebrate the County Bird!
To celebrate being recognized as a Bird Friendly Community, Strathcona County has been searching for the Community Bird. Community members weighed in throughout the spring and summer, and now is the time to announce the winner!Â
The official bird of Strathcona County is the Pileated Woodpecker!Â
Thank you to everyone who participated and voted for their favorite feathered friends this summer.Â
