Deep water aquatics

Workout in deep water in this impact-free class. The variety of cardiovascular excercise and muslce strengthening will challenge all fitness levels. Swimming skill is not necessary, but you must be comfortable in deep water. Available at Millennium Place and Kinsmen Leisure Centre.

Shallow water aquatics

A great non-imact cardio workout that will also challenge your muscles by using the resistance of the water and various equipment. Perfect for all fitness levels. These classes are ideal for people with arthritis, people with back or knee problems and people recovering from accident or injury. Available at Kinsmen Leisure Centre.

Young at heart (55+)

Join this fun loving group of "youngsters" for a class filled with lively music, low-impact exercise and plenty of splashing.
