Special Event Shuttle Service

Transit is happy to provide express shuttle service from the Bethel Transit Terminal. Some shuttles are free and some have a nominal fee to cover a portion of the cost of running the service. As specific shuttle information becomes available, it will be posted here.

Heritage Day Festival Shuttle

Shuttles depart approximately 15 minutes on the  :00, :15, :30, :45
Direct from Bethel Transit Terminal to Hawrelak Park.

Special Event ticket pricing:

$20 Family round-trip ticket (2 adults/3youths, or 1 adult/ 4 youths)
$9 Adult round-trip ticket (ages 18 - 64)
$6.50 youth/senior round-trip ticket (ages 6-17 or 65+)
Children 5 years and under FREE
$5 One-way cash fare

Due to safety concerns, no wagons are allowed on buses.
Collapsible strollers or vessels are allowed.

Tickets go on sale Friday, July 15 at the Bethel Transit Terminal only. 
Tickets must be purchase from Customer Service Representatives inside the terminal and cannot be purchase on the bus from Bus Operator.

Shuttle service is typically provided for:

  • Trade Fair at Millennium Place – second weekend in April
  • Canada Day activities in Sherwood Park
  • Heritage Days - August long weekend
  • New Year’s Eve in the Park – Dec 31

Extended service is also typically provided for:

  • K-Days
