What's new?

  • A double-decker bus will become a regular sight on Sherwood Park and Edmonton streets in mid-September. Strathcona County Transit is leasing a double-decker bus as a pilot to test whether it is suitable for its commuter services between Sherwood Park and Edmonton. The year-long pilot will determine how passengers and operators feel about this new type of bus. The bus’ performance will be tested in a variety of ways, including its handling in extreme weather, capacity and comfort. Read more.
  • Fall 2010 schedules now available! Commuterlocal and school schedules are now on online and commuter and local schedules can now be picked up from customer service at the Transit Centre.
  • SC Transit wants to hear from you.  Check out the Transit Master Plan and see how you can get involved. We are asking the community for feedback to help guide our future growth. As part of the Transit Master Plan, riders and non-riders, urban and rural residents of Strathcona County are encouraged to participate in an online questionnaire as well as our open houses. Click here for to take the online questionnaire.
