Development permits issued

A "discretionary use" gives a Development Officer the option of approving or refusing a development permit, depending on the circumstances of the application. There is some opportunity for community input into decision making around discretionary use. Development appeals may be filed by anyone who is affected by such a decision of the Development Authority. A written application and appeal fee must be submitted to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board two weeks after approval date.

Listed below are development permit approvals for discretionary uses. Approvals will be removed from this page once their appeal period has expired.

TAKE NOTICE that the following development permit(s) have been approved as a discretionary use:

Ashley Winkel
Lot 14, Block 76, Plan 5973RS
22A Rosewood Drive
Intermediate Home Business - Art Classes for Children "Adventures in Art" (previously DPA@3015-0026-DP)
Expires January 27, 2019

Anyone wishing to appeal the above decision may provide written application and the applicable appeal fee to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Appeal Board before 4:30 p.m., February 10, 2016
