Development permits issued

A "discretionary use" gives a Development Officer the option of approving or refusing a development permit, depending on the circumstances of the application. There is some opportunity for community input into decision making around discretionary use. Development appeals may be filed by anyone who is affected by such a decision of the Development Authority. A written application and appeal fee must be submitted to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board two weeks after approval date.

Listed below are development permit approvals for discretionary uses. Approvals will be removed from this page once their appeal period has expired.
